Founded in 2005, Shark Group is an international group company composed of Changzhou Shark Power Machinery Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Changdian Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Shark Power Technology Co., Ltd. Among them, Jiangsu Shark Power Technology Co., Ltd is a Sino-foreign joint venture established by General Power International Trade Ltd and Changzhou Shark Power Machinery Co., Ltd. Shark Group has a total construction area of more than 26,500㎡, registered capital of 10 million US dollars, more than 150 employees, more than 30 engineers, and annual sales of 200 million yuan in 2021.
Shark Group is a system manufacturer specializing in research, development, production, sales and service of diesel engines, generator sets, water pump sets, and high-pressure washers. It is committed to providing customers with safe, reliable, efficient, innovative and value-added power product solutions. The products range from 0.8kVA to 100kVA, and are widely used in power supply, railway, municipal, fire protection, oil pipeline, rescue, and disaster resistance fields.

SHARK HISTORY
17 years timeline have witnessed the glorious course of Shark’s forging ahead. The 17 years is like a song, engraving the fruitful achievements of Shark’s unity and hardworking. With the hard work and selfless dedication, Shark people have composed a magnificent development poem.
The initial Shark was built in 2005. It was located on the riverside of Wei Village, Xinbei District, Changzhou, with a plant area only 2,500㎡. After three years of hardheaded and accumulated development, the company moved to Tailai Industrial Park, Xuejia Town, Xinbei District in 2008, and the company scale continues to grow. To meet the development needs and the market demands, Jiangsu Shark Power Technology Co., Ltd, the Sino-foreign joint venture of General Power International Trade Ltd and Changzhou Shark Power Machinery Co., Ltd, was established in 2020 with a self-built production area more than 26,500㎡. The establishment of the joint venture not only expands the company scale, but also increases the in-depth investment in technology research and development. The product power range is extended vertically to meet the needs of more customers, and at the same time, the sales channel expansion is accelerated. Shark becomes a more professional and modern power product manufacturer.
